Our Clinical Approach

All of our treatments are therapist-led and delivered remotely to patients in their own homes, and in a group-format

  • Patients receive one or multiple treatment modules based on clinical need determined through a comprehensive intake process.

  • We have validated the efficacy and retention of benefits for our patient population of tried-and-true treatments such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Goal Management Training, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for remote, group-based delivery of treatments.

  • We have also synthesized existing best practices for prolonged symptoms of concussion to create a novel program to aid patients to manage their own concussion symptoms - the Concussion Education and Symptom Management program.
